Figure 1 shows the Transformation ratio for the Aptian mixed Type II/III (deltaic) source rock at present day. The colours show degree of transformation as a fraction (blue is 0% and red is 100%). Generally the values need to be above ~15% for the source rock to expel hydrocarbon. The Aptian source rock is a minor contributor to the resource potential in the basin (the mature area is relatively small as shown on the map).
